Yes, the arms/legs are not jointed so they do not move. Everything else about the figures is great. Many mock battles have been fought with these figures by my 3 year old and 5 year old. No small parts to worry about with my toddler.

the arms and legs don't move, but overall my nephew was thrilled to receive this for his 4th bday. Affordable and fun for kids. Cute characters.

Purchased these for my son's third bithday. He loves playing with them in and out of the tub. Since they have no moving parts, they are perfect for bath and water play.
