It looks really great. The only problem with this figure is the sword's fragility. I got it attached to Vaan's hand at one point, but it snapped at the hilt the next time I touched it. VERY FRAGILE, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE SWORD! Other than that, this is a great figure for fans of Final Fantasy XII or collectors of the PlayArts figures. I highly recommend it, but I'd suggest keeping Vaan empty handed if you don't have a gentle touch.

this figure has alot of detail, good articulation, and is just great. the sword does not like to fit in his hand and broke on me but he can wield other play arts weapons like crisis core cloud's machine gun and lightnings gunblade so he's not completely weaponless. i will recommended this to those who love final fantasy 12 or is a major collector of final fantasy play arts.

Having gotten the Balthier play arts figure for Christmas last year I was really wanting to get a Vaan to go with it. The problem is a lot of times the price seems a bit too high for an action figure, especially when your talking about $45 or $50. I was glad I found it cheaper here, and I was pleasantly surprised with it. The figure itself looks really good, and seems to be more detailed than the Balthier, which even though it is a nice figure, looked a little off for some reason. Perhaps it just lacks Balthier's signature cocky expression. The Vaan figure, on the other hand, looks as good as one could be able to expect. His sword is a bit bulky and is hard to keep in his hand, but that's the only complaint I have. Also, the Vaan figure is more moveable than the Balthier, especially his arms. It looks good out of the box, and the stand is not loose so once you pose him he isn't going anywhere. Overall it's totally worth $50, but if your like me that just isn't too affordable, so if you find it for $15 like I did, don't hesitate to snatch it up!
