NOTE: I do not play the games. I only comment on how I view the sets themselves.
Alright, the UNSC Mongoose is one of the best simple sets out there. You get some sort of turret, which is well enough, but you also get the Mongoose itself. The Mongoose has decent clutch to the pieces, and the sniper rifle that you get is just plain awesome - and a rarer weapon too. All in all, highly recommended.

"Mother of Three"
Bought this for my nephew for Christmas and he loved them. It kept him busy for hours plus even my other nephew who is 14 years old really liked playing with them. They both enjoyed putting them together and taking them back apart and putting them together again. My sister-in-law said it was one of their favorite gifts for Christmas.

This is a great set. It would be better as a first set instead of a set that is more of an add on because it has a basic guy (he is still really cool) and a basic elite. The instructions are weird but the set its self is pretty cool and easy. My least favorite part was the shipping because it was orderded the 15 of september with one day shipping and arrived the 20 .

My 13 year old got this for Christmas. He is a big Halo fan and loves this Mongoose. It has been very durable.
