I found that these don't keep your drink cool for very long. My cheap, four year old mug (liquid filled) keeps drinks 5x longer!
One of the three mugs cracked after a few days. To their credit, Amazon took all three back, refunded my
money, and paid the return postage.

I've been looking for a 'freezer mug' that was bigger than the standard ones for a while. Imaging how happy I was to get it with my favorite team on it! This mug is huge! I was quite happy with it for a couple of weeks.
Then I saw the crack form. Basically the outer shell of the mug cracked right next to the handle, and the crack grew from the base almost to the top. Maybe the handle wasn't reinforced enough? Anyway, the crack widened, and even putting some tape on it to hold it together didn't really help (freezer to room to freezer has a tendancy to mess with tape). In the end, half of the 'crystals' between the outside and the inside had fallen out, and I had to throw it out.
I may buy another one, and maybe wrap it with some twine to hold it together.

great mug keeps drinks very cold and it is 36 ounce. you can not go wrong with is monster mug. it has big base and a good size handle.
