 Great Value, but the arms do not move Jan 01, 2011

I bought this toy for my nephew who is into star wars and I could not find a similar item in stores. I gave it 3 stars overall because am I told, by my nephew,that the arms do not move on the figurines and they should.

My 4 year old (and I) were so excited for this set and were surprised and disappointed to find that the figures do not move. Only some of them can stand up on their own. Vader's light saber does not come out and is permanently bendy.
All that being said, they are still fun, but if I had known the arms and legs did not bend, I would not have purchased them. Chewie can't even sit to drive the Millenium Falcon with Han!

My children enjoy playing with this set of Star Wars figures. They have two complaints - 1. the arms and legs don't move 2. Luke, Leia, Han Solo, and Obi Wan Kenobi were not included. However, they play with these toys nearly everyday.

I bought this for my grandson's 4th b'day and he lives four hours away, so I can't comment on fun, educational value, etc. But I will say I got a funny picture of hos absolutely delighted he was.

Our grandson loved this gift for his birthday. He immediately ripped open the box and began playing with the figures. At age 5, he is a huge Star Wars fan.
